Let's not sugar coat it - these new tariffs are making this all way harder than it needed to be, and right when we were approaching the finish line.

New Zealand and Australian orders are 99% complete - Please email me if you haven't received a tracking number on BackerKit yet : [email protected] 
If you are in Wellington, NZ and have a copy waiting for you at Caffeinated Dragon, please remember to pick it up!  If they are still around after Wellington Armageddon I'll get in touch to have them delivered.

There are currently 2 God of Darkness Edition copies left for new New Zealand/Australian customers and when they're gone, you'll have to pay extra for American shipping if you want one.

If you have recently ordered Extra Move Cards, they are shipping from America and will arrive separately to the core game.  We have other options for you below while you wait.

Worldwide

For everyone else, please don't panic if you haven't been charged shipping yet - we have all the stock we need and are still working through 3296 orders in waves.

New Stuff

Version 1.1 of the Rulebook is now available, which clarifies some questions raised by players about Poison Tokens, Time Knives and Squids.

The Digital Move Card Tool is now available, which lets you learn all of the card interactions in real time.  Go have a play around with it!  It's mobile-friendly, but please do raise bugs with us so we can keep improving it.

This tool should help make things easier for beginners, by sharing helpful tool tips like when you've accidentally placed two Special Moves.  It is not currently compatible with The Time Knife, Krog da First Hu-man or Ride The Deck which all alter the number and order of Moves in a bout, but we'll work on that.

The Print & Play Swor'nament Bracket is now available, so you can organize your own Cup with up to 15 friends

The Print & Play Sickle vs Silvertongue Tutorial Battle is now available, so you can print your own Hero, Sword and Move cards and learn the ropes with this cut-down version of the rules that contains less Special Moves and no references to Burn/Poison/XP/Necrotic Tokens. A great way to ease your way into the core game!

Odd Tactics is now available, which is a few extra game modes for 3 or 5 players.  We'd appreciate feedback so we can fold them into the Core Rulebook later!

Ride the Deck is now available, an April Fools gag module that adds some new chaos to a regular battle.

The Qwest Test and Carnival Of Spores will be available soon - we're currently sharpening them aggressively so that they are epic, pretty and hella replayable.

I've also been listing a few Signed Pre-Production Cards on my Ko-Fi store - keep checking back for one you might like! They have old rules and are not Tournament Legal, but it's fun to own a little piece of the game's history and see how much things evolved over time.

Shipments to New Zealand and Australian customers are now 57% complete!

The Remaining Stock Has Arrived, Please Stand By

Good news, everyone!

The second pallet of cards has arrived in America and we can begin shipping worldwide!  It's been a long journey, but the game is finally here for everyone!

We need a day or two to sort everything out, but the next steps will be:
- Making sure that all of our shipping costs are accurate in the system
- Unlocking your orders so you can make adjustments, and confirm your addresses
- Charging any outstanding balance after you've locked your details again
- Sending you SWORDS: CUT THE DECK!

New Zealand Shipping Begins Now

Hello again!

It took a little while to untangle, but we are now locking orders for New Zealand.  You have 48 hours to check your address, add items and prepare for battle.

We have now applied postage to all New Zealand orders.

I can also arrange pickup for Christchurch customers at the BeaDnD Stall at Christchurch Armageddon, if you're happy to wait a few weeks.  Cupa Dupa and Wellington Armageddon are coming up soon too, which is another good opportunity to stop by one of the stores listed above.

I will be at Caffeinated Dragon tomorrow around lunchtime. If you'd like to stop by and learn how to play, feel free to join us!

To the handful of people who have already picked up early copies - I look forward to your feedback!

It's been a long road but Cut the Deck has finally arrived safe and sound in Wellington, NZ!

This is the shipment which will go out to all the backers in New Zealand and Australia

I've counted the stock.  I've checked there are no strange mistakes on the cards.  I've gone to the post office and triple-checked the weights of all the items and their shipping costs.  I've carried heavy boxes up three flights of stairs.  I worked up a sweat. And I've admired what a huge achievement this has been!  So many people pitched in to make this beautiful, silly little game!

There are just a few more small things to take care of and then we will start sending them out to you soon!

We have not started shipping yet!!

We will be sending out a final survey to collect tax and shipping; and if the option is available, let you pick it up in person from one of the game stores stocking the game.  You will have an opportunity to update your address!

The American/European/Worldwide Stock

The American stock (which will ship to everywhere in the world; except for New Zealand and Australia) is expected to arrive at the American site either later this week, or next week.  We'll let you know more soon.
